In general, there are a lot of administrative duties, and you will have to determine a mode and a theme

Administering an exchange:
- determine the mode of exchange/trade (see below)
- determine the theme of the exchange/trade (see below)
- set dates, timeline, and procedures
- announce the exchange and solicit participants
- conduct the exchange
- post deadline reminders in the tribe, and email reminder to participants
- ask for feedback from participants when it is over
- have participants post photos in the albums on tribe

Choose a mode of exchange/trade:

- 20 things: Each participants makes 20 of something, and mails one to each of the 19 other participants on the list, keeps one for himself
- Hub: each participant makes 20 of something, signs/tags their own and mails them all to the administrator. Include a postage paid return envelope. The administrator sorts a packet for each participant and mails a set of 20 to each participant.
- Round Robin: a participant makes one thing and mails it to one participant on the list (assigned by administrator). in exchange, they receive one thing from a different participant
- Exchange: a participant makes one thing and mails it to their partner (assigned by administrator), the partner mails them something in exchange

Themes:
- cards: each participant makes a card
- color: have each participant make something, anything, in the assigned color
- medium: have each participant make something in the assigned medium (paint, clay, yarn, beads, etc)
- or any other ideas you might have
